National Chocolate Ice Cream Day

I love ice cream. I really do. But I couldn't follow through with it today.
I had ice cream at a party earlier - and it wasn't chocolate. So to go to the store and buy chocolate ice cream for a blog... I just couldn't do it.

But I hope YOU had ice cream. Chocolate, preferably.
Ice cream day is always June 7th, and I guess it works out well for it being celebrated at a time when it's warm outside. Chocolate is a little messy... so it was always a no-no ice cream for my kids while we were out, but if we were home, they could eat it without me worried about them getting it on their clothing. Have you ever tried getting chocolate out of a light t-shirt? Ugh! So annoying!!
